Seed Calendar

"I first got the idea last November. An extremely ugly
November. I am alone, shivering with cold. No money for heating. I am studying
for a Slovene history exam (16th-18th centuries). But my mind is occupied with
other problems, and the solutions to them. First of all, I have to make some
money. The New Year holidays are approaching. I could manufacture some sort of
PRODUCT and sell it at a fair. Something people would buy for other people as a
present. I consider: pottery, wickerwork, candles, etc., but nothing seems that
it would be enough to help me pay off my debts. What I need is something
cutting-edge, something that will make people stop at my stand… I think about
the Slovene people, Slovene history (the exam), my loneliness (sex), and the
bitter frost (money)-and such thoughts developed into this Calendar."
